Dubai Fashion Week site on a clay tablet and phone

Client overview

Dubai Fashion Week is the official fashion week of Dubai, founded by Dubai Design District (d3) and the Arab Fashion Council. We worked on the RSVP and accreditation system behind it, covering guest curation, VIP accreditation, runway seating, digital passes and venue check-in.

The problem

Guests, seats and passes were one job: Each season brings runway shows, showrooms and invitation-only events over several days, with buyers, press, guests and VIPs who all need the right access. Curating the list, placing people on the runway and checking them in at the door had to work as one system.

What we worked on

  • AI RSVP classification

Incoming RSVPs are classified to help the team curate guests and VIP accreditation.

  • Runway seating

Automated seat allocation for each show.

  • Digital QR passes

Approved guests get a digital pass.

  • Venue check-in

    Real-time verification at the door.

  • Around the RSVP system (the public platform)

A season calendar with list and grid views and filters for runway shows, showrooms and events; registration for buyers and press; applications for designers, photographers, sponsors and pop-up stores; a password-protected buyers room.
