Workshop management
Mekomera runs car repair workshops in southern Sweden. Brown Tech built their workshop management system with online booking, a team dashboard, technician view and customer portal. The same record carries each job from request and quote through work order to invoice.
Brown Tech product
Call24 is Brown Tech's own AI receptionist for home service teams who miss calls on the job or after hours. It answers with your greeting, captures job details and can book a slot when Google Calendar is connected. Every call is saved in the call log so the office can follow up.
AI sales automation
Brown Tech built backend systems for MasterleadsAI, an AI platform for sustainability businesses that want sales and admin work automated. It covers outreach, customer service and admin tasks from the first lead through invoicing. The build focused on the server side automation the product runs on.
