Heal Private helps UK patients find, compare and book private consultants and specialists without NHS waiting lists. We handled full stack development: the patient and consultant marketplace, search, profiles, booking, and Heal Pulse, the CRM the team runs the service on.
The problem
Private specialists were hard to compare: Patients looking for private care wanted vetted consultants and surgeons, a fee they could see before booking, a time that suited them and support after treatment. That information was spread across clinic sites and phone calls.

Booking for in person and virtual care
Patients pick a date and time and book online, with separate patient and consultant accounts and terms.
Heal Pulse CRM
The internal CRM the team uses to run the service: patient records, workflow boards, appointments and chat.
The journey around the booking
Clinic search, finance information, FAQs, blog content and aftercare support from dietitians and clinical teams, designed around UK GDPR requirements for health data.
